Commercial Property Compensation
2 Answers
Hi
We have been renting commercial unit for 15 years, we are about to vacate the property and have been told once the keys are handed in. The statutory compensation will be paid Question is can I rely on the landlords word? Nothing has been confirmed in writing. The property is being developed to residential building.
