I have noticed that on the Emergency Contact Page at back of passport, the address of my contacts is their old address. How do you go about changing this. Can you just add a piece of paper with new details (I know you shouldn't alter the page by hand) Passport has another 5 years to go. Any advice would be appreciated

This suggests an approach. draw a line through the existing details and enter the new details or insert a loose piece of paper with the new details. Don't use Tippex as it can be classified as tampering:

I stuck a sticker over my contact’s old address and wrote her new one in. No one has ever noticed or pulled me up on it while travelling.
