So in theory if you were still paying for a policy or financial product relating to your possible claim right up until 2013, then there may be a chance of making a claim.
You only have until 29/08/19 to lodge your claim.
My understanding is you can go back 25 years, so 1994. But if, say, you have any you were paying in 1994 but the start date was earlier than 1994 then I believe you would get any payment due backdated to the start of said policy.
