My Husband Works For A Fall Protection Service Company. What Type Of Insurance Should He Choose?

It's been a few months since my husband has been working in this company which provides fall protection systems in Ontario. To be honest, he says he likes this job very much as he says it gives him it makes him feel more alive (whatever that means!) But since it's kind of a dangerous job, I want him to get insured. But I'm unsure of what kind of insurance program he should enroll into. He's not taking this seriously so I've decided to take this into my own hands. Any suggestions?

Difficult to give you any advice as this is a UK based site. However, In the UK employer would insure employee, assuming employee is not self employed.
