Item From Ebay.

I ordered a hand/foot warmer cushion from ebay. It said the location was Dublin and that it is UK Stock. It said the item would be dispatched within 1 day but it has taken 10days before it has finally arrived and it's actually fitted with a 2 prong plug with an adaptor which the plug won't fit into properly. I want to return it as I'm not happy with the safety aspect of it, but it says buyer pays return postage. Why should I have to pay to return it when it isn't what I was expecting?
