Question from a private university



University management have approved a grant of 50Million PKR to upgrade the infrastructure of its Campus. There were many projects under consideration including construction of Auditorium Hall with capacity of 500 persons, Indoor sports Hall of covered area 4000sq ft, and Upgradation of Library facilities. After applying certain selection criteria; management decided to go for Library up gradation Project, since budget wasn’t sufficient to accommodate all the projects.



In your opinion, what should be the suitable project selection criteria among the planned projects. Provide your rationale, for the proposed selection criteria ?
