Rates Per 1000 Calculation
14 Answers
Could anyone confirm the equation to be used to calculate incidents per 1000 events if the 1000 mark was not reached?
For example; a target is set of less than 3 incidents per 1000 events. There have been 2 incidents BUT during only 297 events.
What equation is needed to ascertain the rate per 1000?
