So Caring Not!

Eamonn Holmes and his dear Ruth come across so caring for everyone on TV, yet I see today Eamonn is now advertising, and pushing equity release for the aged. Still not happy with the amount of money they've earned between them, they have to stoop this low to get more.

I don't see why advertising equity release is so heinous - it's a workable solution for a lot of people.

As for Mrs Holmes, I don't think she can be castigated for 'stooping this low' since I can't see that she is directly involved.

All in all, it seems you have an issue with Eamon Holmes going against his 'caring' image, which is simply your perception in both cases - that he is 'caring' and that he is going against that, and a separate issue with equity release advertising, which is a perfectly legitimate way for home owners to release equity if they wish.

Masybe you could nip out and put the kettle on wheh this ad pops up?

I think that like me, many viewers get sick a d tired of seeing the same o!d money grubbing celebrities topping up their considerable wealth and boring the socks off us.
Lineker and crisps is another one.
