I wanted a new radio from JL and the site said they were out of stock. I left contact details and now I've had an email saying they're available. However I cant get an order done, it tells me it is not available online. yet my email says it is. No-one to ask as shop closed. Any clues as to what I can do?

People still buy radios?
With a bluetooth speaker you can not only play radio but any music or speech at all, from say Spotify or Amazon Music etc. Far more versatile than an old fashioned radio. (IMHO)
