What Information Does A New Employer Receive From Hmrc

If I start a new job and can't provide a p45, does the p46 form still exist.

What information, other than income/tax code etc does the new company receive.

Just to clarify, things like, student loan payments, attachment of earnings etc, I do I need to tell the new employer myself

The P46 has been replaced with a new starter checklist which the new employer should give you.

and try to get your tax code correct and soon
the emergency code ( that's OK we use the emergency code until we get your proper one) is monthly tax free bit and thereafter 40% !
