Rubbish, women don't make CEO because we are still a patriarchal society and Big Business is still misogynistic. A few holes in the glass ceiling is hardly sufficient.

But by assigning certain traits (e.g. perfectionism, lack of confidence) to females only, this "Expert" is exercising a similar case of sexism. Never mind, she's making pots of money from it.

The 'Expert' has a vested interest in saying women don't make CEO's as she runs courses to give women more confidence. I can think of 5 women CEO'S I know, straight off the top of my head, and only 2 men.

Women certainly do make CEO, there's never been more. The imaginary glass ceiling has long since been obliterated. I thought mist people were aware that women always have run the world, albeit in various roles!
