I'm Really Concerned What Should I Do?

I requested next Saturday off for work 3weeks ago and it hasn't been reviewed I see it is done online it gets posted Thursday. I'm really concerned.

why don't you speak with a manager who can advise you

Why can you not ask your line manager?

As you have asked for one day off, your employer need give only one day's notice of a refusal.

If "next Saturday" is the Saturday coming and not a week on Saturday, that means they could wait until to-morrow to let you know it's been refused.

If you definitely have to be off & they refuse just phone in sick?

Dont think that go's down too well davebro. Seen it too often. At best you'll be questioned and made to feel it was noticed
