In your coursework, is there not a definition of each of those criteria, how they are determined and any relationship with other criteria?

I Googled budget control and a couple of the terms and the hits show how they are determined and gave examples.

You would need to do the same, using the given figures and when you write up your answer, tick off each consideration as you go.
