7 Answers
Abigeal assigned a building project to your team, and you are asked to play the role of the project
manager. The project is proposed to be completed in 8months after allocation, considering the internal
and external factors. The estimated budget for the building project is 8Million but as at the 6th month,
Abigeal realized that your team has executed only 40% of the proposed project and 4Million expended
already.
As a project manager, please undertake a project financial budget breakdown to ascertain if the project
will be achievable within budget and time frame considering the following;
1. PV
2. EV
3. AC
4. CV
5. SV
6. CPI and
7. SPI
