What Would A Cash Isa Be Worth Now?

I've had a Stocks and Shares ISA for several years, and I have found a site that tells me what inflation has done since then, but I can't find a site that tells me what £1000 invested in a cash ISA in year X would be worth now. I know different banks and building societies will have had slightly different rates, but not very much different. It would have probably made more if the money had been in fixed term ISAs, but I don't want to make it too complicated. I don't expect you to do the calculation for me, but if you can find a site that does the job, I'd be grateful.

NB - but not that important for small difference, if you are doing depreciation, £100 depreciating by 10%
then the easy answer ten quid and knock it off is NOT the right answer, you need x at 10% will give you 100 after a year which is £91. just is.dont ask me Y

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, P Pedant. But I am very risk averse, so having the S&S ISA was as risky as I was OK with. I'm just curious as to what the same initial amount would be worth now in an average cash ISA. I don't understand your 3rd comment at all.

I had a fixed term 3 year cash ISA with Birmingham Midshires that paid over 8% pa. Got one now with Halifax paying 2.25% pa until April 2023.

I shopped around for the best deals every April rather than sticking with one provider. (got a S&S one now with the low interest rates)
