Weird or what? She is her smoking buddy three times a day, but each morning before their smoke breaks, she’ll walk down 4 flights of stairs and 10 minutes after they’ll both appear. She goes to collect her. Manager couldn’t care less what anyone does. I just thought it’s a little weird?

The 'collector' starts at 6am and the second coworker starts at 9am, Tilly2. Both in their late 30's.

So the one who starts at 6.00am goes out to meet the other one as she arrives for work?
Perhaps they like to have a smoke and a chat together before the second one starts work.
