My Boss Trash-Talks To My Colleague
5 Answers
My female boss trash-talks about other co-workers to my colleague and will tell her confidential information with her only, i.e. my boss tells her what others say to her confidence. My colleague is the only one my boss tells everything to (as she's the boss' favourite) and now I'm wondering what they might be saying about me and all the others in my office (there are 9 of us). Sometimes my colleague will say, "Just to let you know (boss' name) is going to ask you to do such and such a task", then I'll reply, "But why did she tell you first and not me? Why am I hearing this second-hand?" My colleague gets to know all the latest as they're pally.
