Experian or Equifax

What's the difference between these 2 credit ref agencies? Is Experian better and does it hold more info than Euifax?

I wouldn't say that either are better - as to how much data they hold, it depends on each case. At my previous compnay we used to search on both - and they could have vastly different infomation.

If you need to get your credit history, get it from both.
