I have received a form  for the take  over of the above by EP UK Bidco Ltd 

The writing is very small and difficult to read , so I'm uncertain of what exactly is required to be done by myself .

Does anyone one have shares in Royal Mail and have received the form or if not , know what the form is all about ?

What I'm trying to ascertain is why this form has been sent to complete

I'm a shareholder and ex postie. I haven't had any letters about this yet, but they're asking you to vote on the takeover.

The board of IDS has recommended it, so it isn't hostile, although a lot of posties will see it as such.
