I am posting a parcel to russia and the recipient has given me the address in Cyrillic script. Do I translate this into English to send it, stick with the Cyrillic script or put both addresses on the parcel?

Universal Postal Union advice
On outward international items, the name of the destination country must always be included:
On the last line of address.
In capital letters.
Preferably in the language of the despatching country or in an internationally recognized language.
