1) Huband cutting pig up in display (4,3)  S?O?  O?F.  It has to be SHOW OFF (display) with H (husband) in SOW (pig), but how does OFF mean "up in"?  The nearest I can get is that OFF means "high" as in gamy or rancid, and high can mean "up".  But that doesn't mean that "up" or "up in" means OFF.

 

2) Traitorous secret agents progressively picked out letter (3)  T?E.   I have no idea.
