Looking for business premises

Anyone got any ideas of places to look with regard to finding a used car showroom/Land for rent in the M25 area?

Have tried all the usual places (Commercial estate agents/Daltons Weekly etc) just wondered if anyone had a more unusual and possible more fruitful suggestion!!

Sometimes property auctions throw up little gems. failing that you can do worse than driving around your chosen area and checking out places thay may seem likely. Plots that may not be on the market, but where the owners may be persuaded to sell.
