Lottery Syndicate Contract

Hi all, our syndicate at work has started to get a little large, and with people being out of the office on collection day it's proving quite hard to manage. We basically just want the rule to be if you haven't paid then you're not in. Does anybody know of a fairly simple contract that I can use, or crib from to make it a little more official? Hi mats, I run a syndicat at my workplace, fifty people, and we are all on shiftwork, it is awkward, because you have to take into account, eg, someone being sick, so they may miss out on the Jackpot through no fault of their own. You have a big responsibility.

I have about half on standing Orders, and in the contract, I have put two weeks behind, and out, also a small committee, (three).

I don't have a payout as such, all winnings go into a bank account, and if there's enough, there's a payout in time for Christmas, obviously, a big win would be paid out as soon as it comes through.

You can get readymade contracts from W.H.Smiths, www.lottery.co.uk but we wrote our contracts, and I took it to the Citizens Advice Bureau, to have a look, which they did.

As far as late payers are concrned, you have to be hard. Good luck.
