Identifying Banks in UK

Is there a bank in UK called Morgan Trust Investment Bank? I have been emailing to a man named Mr. Churchill from the foreign accounts department and I need to know if that bank exists. Thank You

It apparently exists in some form or other, but is listed as an unauthorized internet bank with caution urged for those that have dealings with it in this site:

They exist but they're not authorised by the Financial Service Authority (FSA). You'd better read this first.
