When do ISAs end?
1 Answers
Can anybody please confirm exactly when ISAs end? Is it the tax year 2008-9, with the last full year's investment being able to be made after April 5th 2008. OR, April 2009, with the last annual investment being made after April 5th 2009 to cover the tax year 2009-10? Thanks.

However, in last year's budget, the availability of ISAs was extended for a further year, so are now scheduled to be withdrawn in 2010 (I assume this would mean that that contributions could be made up to 5 April 2010, but I don;t know). The current government hasn't ruled out the possibility of extending the availability of ISAs further still.
