i am in the middle of a divorce and my parents have both died and left me a share of their wealth. Does my husband have any claim to this?

Yes, it would be part of the marital assets as far as I can see.
let me put it this way. I am in the middle of a divorce and my brief said, Dont win the lottery!! yes he has a legal call. the courts will consider everything in their infinate wisdom! after all, you are still married! best thing is you are a woman. if he can prove marital debt and you cant, well. dont know if you have any children but from your side, the more the better. Sad but true. As the law stands at present I think you will be (financially) ok. best of luck. Clevis.
