Hello,

I had an accident at work last february and have consequently taken alot of time of sick (about 26 weeks, intermittently)
I was wondering if I could be entitled to a tax rebate, if so, how would I go about finding out/contacted them ?

Thanks in advance.

If you are on PAYE it will already be accounted for.

No harm phoning your local tax office though.

Look in your phone book under HMIR&CE
As Ethel has said if you are on PAYE the Chance of you needing a Tax Rebate are very slight!! However, if you are on SA or anything else then you might or perhaps if you were on a Higher Tax Rate by mistake earlier on in the Financial Year. Go to the HM Revenue & Customs Website, www.hmrc.gov.uk and look up the Number of your Local Tax Office.
