I have had an opportunity come up where i can move to spain and stay rent free in an apartment with a friend for a while and payin maybe 75 a month on bills. The problem is what i am paying at the moment. I pay 225 on my car per month for the next 4 years, i pay 100 insurance, 40 on my contrct phone, 25 on my laptop and 50 on others every month, banks wont give me a loan coz im up to my 1000 overdraft, plaeas can anyone think of a way out of this to move away as soon as i currently earn about 900 a month. Thanks

Yeah ...stop buying things you can't afford ...

you owe nearly 11k on the car ...sell it, pay off the HP, buy a scooter, take it to Spain with you ... the money you save on insurance will nearly pay for Spain

Contract mobile ....why? ...get a cheap handset on pay-to-talk..
it's a phone, not a fashion accessory ...hide it in your bag until you NEED to use it...

The decision is ... how badly do you want to go to Spain

If i pay off the car i owe about 7,500 i cant cancel the phone contract til its over, and if i sell the car i will only get 3,500 for it, i will still be paying for it, after i pay that off it.
The reality is sam, that you are simply living beyond your means, no matter how you cut the cake. If your income is 900 a month, that is all you can afford to pay out for everything. That is why so many people in this country are massively in debt. In the short term you probably can't buy your way out of trouble, but naz-nomad offers some good advice. Divest yourself of these expensive contracts and next time, save up before you buy anything you think you need. There is often another cheaper way of dealing with the problem if you investigate all the options.
are you going to have a job abrorad that pays the same amount of money? If so you could possibly leave a bank account open over here to service this credit, and pay money in and leave them running (except for the car maybe?) - just sell that and pay the finance off
