Developing my Concept

I have this business idea that is rather unique. It involves using the internet and developing software that has no precedent or similarity with other software. So, since I have no other software to look at for help, how can I protect my new concept and still find a professional to help me develop my idea? In other words, how do I move my idea from a concept to an actual product without having my idea stolen? I don't have the expertise to develop it myself; I suspect it will take a team of people to make this.
