200 winter fuel allowance if you live on your own. Otherwise 100 if another pensioner lives with you.
Free prescriptions
Free annual eye check
Pensioner concessions at some theatres & entertainments.
Cheap hairdressing days at some hairdresser & barbers
Over 60's discount card a B & Q
Discount card at Boots
Reduced National Trust subscription
Discount card for some garden centres on weekdays
As you can see, I've hit the magic number and have been checking them out! (No concessions from Gordon Brown though. You have to hit 65 before you get a slightly increased personal taxation allowance.)

As a sort of side perk akin to the buss pass you can park in your area 'park and ride' and thus park your car for free without the hassle of finding a space in town and then paying for it.
Also of course reductions at local sports clubs(football/rugby)etc.
Discount at Lawsons(household goods)
Because of all these perks you will also find that you have more cash in pocket than you ever did when you were working.
