What do I do if I want to use my Switch card on line to pay for purchases but the company asks for an issue number which I haven't got on my card? Any clues anyone?

Cheers Kathyan - I'll try that!
If you are doing the transaction online - select the SWITCH/DELTA option and leave the issue number blank. Else try 0 or 1.

If your switch card hasnt got an issue number, then they shouldnt ask for one. Your card number will be recognised as not having an issue number.
Leave it blank
issue number is the amount of times you have requested a card to be issued, so just think back and give that answer, have if you had you card stolen once and snapped once it is now issue 3,
i think...
