My ex has just decided that he will no longer pay me my maintance.
We set up the arrangment about 2 years ago with the CSA but we agreed that he would pay me it instead of the CSA collecting it. He has now stopped my direct debit, ive been in touch with the CSA on a number occasions but they still havent set the ball rolling to collect the money from him.
Is there anywhere else i can go to?
