What is now the best place to place funds that may be subject to court proceedings. Switzerland and Gibralter are not so secret any more I believe

Looks like we're all honest people on here who don't have any secret funds we want to hide away from spouses, partners or the Inland Revenue.
I guess the only way would be to keep it in cash and put it in a safety deposit box in a bank as I don't think banks enquire what the contents are. Or you could stuff it under the roof insulation in your house and hope the place doesn't burn down !
