Can anyone please tell me if an ISA is included in Inheritence Tax calculations.

The total value of the deceased's estate is taken into account no matter whether it be a combination of an ISA, House, Bank account, shares etc.
Yes it is.

It also loses its tax free status immediately after death, so the estate will have that to pay if the ISA provider doesn't deduct it.
