Diamond ring value?

Could anyone tell me a ball park figure of how much you would expect to spend on a ring with this criteria. Any help wou;d be much appreciated. Thanks.

Can you take it to a jeweler and ask them to appraise it for you? Also, you can look on eBay and see how much they are selling for on there.
