Accounting career?

Im a college graduate now working as a trainee accountant, where I do exams and eventually qualify! The thing is, i hate my job and really dont enjoy studying accounting anymore?? I always liked it but feel my interests have changed! I want a good job where I will be comfortable but would like too do something more creative, maybe marketing or PR? I researched but still dont know what I want to do! I dont even know where I can go when If I qualify as an accountant, can I incorporate it into a more creative career?? Any advice is much appreciated!
