I need to know how to register a charge against a property in England. I have a judgement order against a person who owns a house in the UK. The order was issued in Canada but is currently registered in the UK at the Northamptionshire's Magistrates Court. I've been told by the Land Registry Office that its possible but I don't know exactly how to go about doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! cheers, Annie
