Does anyone know anything about Private Letting Relief (CGT relief where a let property used to be the owners sole main residence)?

I can't find anything in the Inland Revenue web site about this. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks

try this link http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/helpsheets/ir283.pdf it is one of the help sheets from the self assessment tax return. Providing the property was your main residence at some point the final 36 months qualifies for relief as well as some other absences depending on the circumstances. Hope this helps.
