I read in the Times and Telegraph that the Euro is in trouble;here ,in Belgium, they are saying that the Euro has improved its position in 2006. Who am I to believe ?

I don't hate the Euro, although I know that the UK should leave the EU superstate before it's too late.
The Euro currency does well against the $, less well againstthe �, but it's a "one size fits all" farce and is groaning under the strain.
