sending parcels abroad

I send parcels overseas quite regularly and have been generally using Parcelforce. I have found their service to be unreliable at times. Does anyone know of an alternative company that don't charge the earth and are reliable? Thank You in advance.

Parcel Line are quite good. I send stuff to Germany on a regular basis, usually weighing a few kilos and it costs around a tenner and gets there in 2 days.
