When you get divorced then everything is part of the marital pot, debts, assets, property etc. So your debts will be a minus in the pot. Depends how much there is in this marital pot, is there a house etc. etc. and how will it be divided up ? Either the two of you must agree, or if it goes to Court then they will decide, and half of it will end up in legal bills !
