Frozen moose

Re my previous postings on our BG service contract...
British gas have now been out five times in the last 10 days and we still have no heating - they reckon that the overflow valve has gone now and a length of internal hose and clips needs replacing too - they are coming out tomorrow for their last chance to fix it - I am not a warm happy teddy bear at the moment - more like an icey frozen moose !!

In all it took a week for the boiler to be serviced I had 5 different guys to sort it out and it took me 3 phone calls to BG and 4 phone calls from them. Had I not been on the sick then I would have had to have taken virtually a week off to let them into the house etc and when finally the supervisor chap from the help desk phoned me back he said that he didnt really feel that I had cause for complaint (which I hadnt requested in the first place!)
Best of luck with your boiler problems
