we have a landlord for a unit that we was in and he he made force entry when we were not in we do not have any leas with him can he do this with no court order ,do we come under the tenancy agrement

I assume this is commercial property & not residential. You say there is no lease - presumably this means there is nothing in writing. This does not necessarily mean you have no rights. If you have been paying rent under a verbal agreement you may quite possibly have a tenancy and have rights under it - including one that the landlord should not break in to the property. However, the law on this can be complex. It will depend on the facts of the individual case. You need to get legal advice
