Hi, a big online anti-virus company has just debited their renewal fee from my account. As far as I know when i bought the service last year I didn't give any permission for this to happen. They also gave me no notice they were doing this. The current product has a month to run!Where do I stand? Thanks.

Did you read the smallprint? Most companies like this will tell you that they will automatically renew your subscription unless you tell them otherwise.
