can you please tell me a company that does buy to let insurance. we are having problems with renewing ours as we have just sold our main property and are renting. they are also saying that if you have buy to let you have to have other insurance with them too ie contents or building.

what they are syaing is that they would consider giving you insurance on your buy to let property if you had your main property insurance with them.

You say you have sold your main home so where are you living and who do you insure with?

we are renting at the moment and are insured with the post office. thing is, we are moving to live in the usa so will definitely need cover on our buy to let in our absence. btw, i asked the post office but they wont do it.

Hi, I'm an IFA and I actually specialise in 'unusual' insurances. I can provide landlord insurances for buy to let cases, and also insurance for unoccupied properties.
