Statutory Sick Pay (SSP)
1 Answers
The company I work for refuse to pay sick pay unless you have been with them for a year. I have had just 2 days off in the past 10 months (separate days) and each time they deducted 70 (140) from my monthly wages. What constitues SSP? Are my company obliged to pay SSP - I know SSP isnt much but what are my entitlements as I think my company are pulling the wool somewhere as I have not received any SSP whatsoever.
