claiming back bank charges

Hi all, after seeing so much about this in the papers and on the telly etc I was just wondering if anyone has actually been successful in making a claim and who you would recommend trying to recover mine? Thankyou.

Your best bet is to find one of the many sites telling you how to do it yourself! Firstly by finding how much the bank has charged you over the years then you will be sending them a standard letter and so on! You can quite easily do this yourself! There are hundreds of sites showing you what to do! Hope this helps?
