My aunt has Parkinsons, quite badly now, but at a time when she was not so bad, we drew up and signed a Power of Attorney. Two years later we signed and had witnessed an Enduring Power of Attorney, giving me the power over all her affairs. I have never used these powers. Now she is quite ill and I want to know what I need to do if I need to go to the bank on her behalf. Also, I what do I need to do re. her PEP and share providers, and her passport (which seems to be missing)?
