Unrecognised phone number

I received my BT phone bill and listed in my itemised calls is a number beginning with 070 which cost over �6. Any idea?

It seems to be a call that is diverted from a standard number to another 07 number. Is there another number immediately before that call?

It is a business type number. You apply for an 070 number and all incoming calls get redirected from your 070 number to whatever number you are on. Usefull if you move around the UK a lot and want just one number for your business for advertising purposes etc. Try googleing the number or ring it!
