Unfair Forfeiture Clause

In my lease for purchased property (leasehold) there is a clause that is called forfeiture allowing the landlord to re-possess in the event that I fail on ground rent or breach covenants. Is this clause common, should I be worried about it and will it affect re-sale potentially?
