My partner is a Chartered Surveyor and we are just starting our property portfolio. I think you can property develop as long as you have enough knowledge about house buying, renovating and most of all having the guts to do it.

We have just had our offer accepted this morning for our 2nd property...we'd like a huge portfolio of properties within the next few years..goodluck
